Terms of Service

These Terms cover your use of Axofy and any sites, apps, or services we operate. By creating an account or using Axofy, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

Axofy (“we,” “us”) provides tools to create UGC videos from product links or images. Questions: support@axofy.ai

2) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old.

  • If you use Axofy for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

3) Accounts and security

  • Keep your account info accurate and your password confidential.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Tell us right away if you notice unauthorized use.

4) Your content and outputs

  • Your ownership. You own the content you upload or enter into Axofy and the video outputs we render for you.

  • Your license to us. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content and outputs to run the service, provide support, and meet legal requirements.

  • No training on your content. We do not use your projects, uploads, or outputs to train our models.

  • Access for support. We may access your project only to fix issues you ask us to investigate, and access is logged.

5) Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Violate laws, IP rights, or platform ad policies.

  • Upload unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.

  • Probe, scan, or attack our systems or attempt to bypass limits.

  • Resell, sublicense, or build a competing service using Axofy.

  • Use Axofy for high-risk scenarios where failure could lead to injury or damage.

You are responsible for claims you make in ads and for compliance with ad network rules.

6) Third-party services

Axofy integrates with third parties for payments, hosting, analytics, rendering, and AI inference. Their terms and privacy rules apply when you use them.

7) Plans, billing, and taxes

  • Prices, features, and limits are described in the product or on our site.

  • Fees are charged by our payment provider when you subscribe or purchase.

  • All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any taxes due.

  • No free trial. If we ever offer one, the terms will appear in product.

  • Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8) Cancellations and termination

  • You can cancel at any time in your account. Your plan runs until the end of the current billing period.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, abuse, or risk to the service.

  • If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid unused fees.

9) Data retention and deletion

  • Delete a project to remove it from active systems within 30 days. Backups purge within 90 days.

  • Delete your account to start full account deletion. Some billing records may be kept as required by law.

10) Service changes and availability

We may add or remove features, impose or change limits, or stop the service. We try to give notice for material changes. Axofy may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, or events outside our control.

11) Beta and experimental features

Beta features may be unstable, change quickly, or be discontinued. They are provided as is.

12) Intellectual property

  • We own the Axofy platform, design, software, and documentation.

  • You cannot copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the service except where allowed by law.

We will not use your name, logo, or outputs for marketing without your permission.

13) Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment.

14) Privacy

Your use of Axofy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

15) Compliance

You agree to comply with applicable laws including advertising, consumer protection, export control, and sanctions. You are responsible for claims made in your videos.

16) Disclaimers

Axofy is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, specific results, or that outputs are suitable for your purpose. You rely on Axofy at your own risk.

17) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to Axofy in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, we will follow the minimum required by law.

18) Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Axofy against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

19) DMCA and copyright

If you believe content on Axofy infringes your rights, email takedown@axofy.ai with details of the work, the URL, your contact info, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you own the rights or are authorized to act.

20) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh without regard to conflicts of law. Courts in Dhaka will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

21) Changes to these Terms

When we update these Terms, we will post the new version and update the effective date. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the product or by email. Your continued use means you accept the changes.

Use Axofy responsibly. You own your projects and outputs. We do not train on your content. Pay for your plan, cancel anytime, and keep your account secure. We work hard to keep the service fast and reliable, but we cannot guarantee perfection. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited. If you have questions, email us.
