Refund Policy for Axofy

1. No Refund If Credits Are Used

Once you use any credits — even just one — your payment becomes non-refundable.

This includes using any UGC feature such as script generation, captions, hooks, testimonials, or our URL-to-UGC tools.

Why? Every credit used triggers real processing costs, which are non-reversible.

2. Full Refund If No Credits Are Used

If you haven’t used any credits, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@axofy.ai.

3. Other Notes

  • No partial refunds
  • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases, not renewals
  • Chargebacks without contacting us may result in account ban

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@axofy.ai with your account email and payment receipt (if possible).
