Refund Policy

We keep this simple and strict.

1) Core rule

We issue refunds only if no credits were used in the relevant billing period or one-time purchase.
If any credits were consumed (exports, renders, avatar usage, subtitle processing, or any action that decreases your balance), the order is not refundable.

2) What counts as “used”

  • Any successful export or render

  • Any action that deducts credits from your balance

  • Test exports and partial renders count as usage

Viewing, logging in, or changing settings does not count as usage.

3) Eligibility window

  • Subscriptions (initial or renewal): request within 7 days of the charge and only if zero credits were used in that billing period.

  • One-time credit packs: request within 7 days of purchase and only if zero credits were used from that pack.

No partial or prorated refunds.

4) How to request

Email refund@axofy.ai from your account email with:

  • Order ID or invoice link

  • Account email/Workspace

  • Short reason
    We’ll verify usage on our side. If eligible, we approve the refund.

5) Processing

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post. Exchange fees, bank fees, and currency differences are outside our control.

6) Non-refundable cases (examples)

  • Any credits used, even once

  • Missed cancellation (plan renewed and credits used)

  • Buyer’s remorse after usage

  • Price changes or promotions after purchase

  • Account bans due to policy violations

7) Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may trigger account suspension while we investigate.

8) Taxes and compliance

Where required by law, applicable taxes are refunded with the payment. Records may be retained as legally mandated.

9) Cancellations

You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Cancellation doesn’t refund the current period unless you qualify under the no-usage rule above.
